Can the creator show my real product?
Yes. Add a photo of your product to your brief (or a link to it) and the creator holds, uses or presents it in your videos and photos. A clear photo on a plain background gives the best result.
Can I talk to someone about special requirements?
Yes. Every pack includes WhatsApp support at +61 420 164 102. Message us before or after ordering about your script, product, language, style or anything specific, and we'll make sure your videos match.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 7 hours after your payment and brief. When we have a lot of orders, it can take up to 24 hours. We work fast without cutting corners on quality, and you get an email as soon as your videos are ready in your dashboard.
Can I use the videos in paid ads?
Yes. You can use them on your social accounts, website and in paid ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google. Follow each platform's rules for AI-generated content.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. If something doesn't match your brief, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and tell us what to adjust.
Which languages are available?
