Getting started
Create an account
Sign in with Google from the login page. Your account is created with 15 free credits.
Set your brand voice
Open Settings and fill in your brand name, a short description of your tone, and the caption language. The agent uses these for every caption. Example tone: 'Warm and practical, short sentences, one emoji at most.'
Connecting Instagram
Requirements
- An Instagram Business or Creator account
- Access to the Instagram app to approve the connection
How to connect
In the dashboard choose Connect Instagram. You'll be sent to Meta's official login. Approve access and you'll return to the dashboard with your account connected.
Disconnecting
Use Disconnect in your dashboard. You can also remove access from Instagram's settings under apps and websites.
Connection problems
- Check the account is Business or Creator, not personal
- Make sure you approved all requested permissions
- Try disconnecting and connecting again
- Still stuck? Email us your Instagram username
Using the Studio
Choose a format
Post creates a 4:5 image with a caption. Reel creates a short 9:16 video with a caption. Story creates a 9:16 image; Instagram Stories don't show captions.
Write the draft
Describe the post and choose Write draft (1 credit). The agent returns a caption, hashtags and a visual description. For Reels it also writes a short on-screen hook.
Create the image or video
Review the visual description, edit it if needed, then generate. Images take a few seconds (5 credits). Reels take about a minute (60 credits). If a video fails to render, your credits are returned automatically.
Image to video
Make an image first, then switch the format to Reel. Keep 'Animate the image you just made' ticked and describe the motion you want.
Download
Use the Download link under the preview to save your image or video for other platforms.
Scheduling and publishing
Publish now or schedule
In the last step choose Publish now or Schedule and pick a date and time in your local time zone.
Your queue
Posts shows scheduled, published and failed posts. Cancel a scheduled post any time before it publishes.
If a post fails
- Make sure your Instagram account is still connected
- Captions must be 2,200 characters or fewer
- Reels need a video and posts need an image
- Try again or contact us with the time of the post
Analytics
Analytics shows followers, impressions, views, likes and comments for the last 30 days, refreshed daily. The follower chart appears after a couple of days of data.

- Caption: 1 credit

Upgrading
Open Settings, Billing and choose a plan. Pay monthly or yearly (20% off).
Managing your subscription
The billing portal lets you change plan, update your card and cancel.
Free tools
The hashtag, caption, bio, username, Reel hook, content idea and DM script generators are free with your account. They don't use credits and have a fair daily limit.
Account and privacy
To change your sign-in email, download your data or delete your account, contact contact@agenthelp.ai from the email you sign in with.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my Reel take longer than an image?
Video takes more computing time. Most Reels are ready in about a minute.
What happens if a video fails?
Your credits are returned automatically and you can try again.
Where do I find receipts?
Email contact@agenthelp.ai from your sign-in email and we will send you a receipt or invoice.
