From one sentence to a published Instagram post
AI Agent Help connects every step of making an Instagram post: the idea, the caption, the visual, the schedule and the results. Here's exactly what happens at each step and where you stay in control.
How it works
Describe your post
One or two sentences about the product, offer, tip or moment.
The agent writes the draft
Caption, hashtags, a visual description and, for Reels, an on-screen hook.
Generate the visual
A 4:5 image, a 9:16 Story or a short vertical Reel.
Approve and schedule
Edit anything, then publish now or pick a time.
Track results
Followers, reach and engagement in your analytics.
1. You describe the post
Every post starts with a short description from you. The more specific you are, the better the result: mention the product name, the offer, the date, the audience or the feeling you want. You also pick the format: a feed post, a Reel or a Story.
2. The AI writes the caption and plans the visual
The agent writes a caption that opens with a hook, delivers one clear message and ends with a call to action, plus 8 to 15 hashtags mixing broad and niche tags. It uses your saved brand voice and language. It also writes a detailed description of the visual, which you can edit before anything is generated.
3. The AI creates the image or video
Images are created in the right shape for where they'll appear: 4:5 portrait for the feed, 9:16 full screen for Stories. Reels are short vertical videos of around 8 seconds that take about a minute to render. You can also animate an image you just made into a Reel. If you don't like the result, change the description and generate again.
4. You approve, schedule or publish
Nothing goes to Instagram without your approval. Choose Publish now, or Schedule with a date and time. Posts are published through Instagram's official API, so there's no reminder to tap on your phone. Scheduled posts sit in your queue, where you can cancel them before they go live.
5. You see what's working
Your dashboard shows followers, impressions, views, likes and comments for the last 30 days, refreshed daily. Use it to spot the posts and formats that bring reach and followers, then ask the agent for more of those.
What stays with you
We think conversations with your audience should stay human, so the agent never replies or sends messages for you.
