Refund policy
We want billing to be simple and fair. This page explains cancellations, refunds and how to reach us about a charge.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings, Billing. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
When we offer refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge. If you haven't used any of the credits from that charge, we refund it in full.
If you've used some of the credits, we review the request individually and may offer a partial refund based on usage.
- Charged by mistake, for example after you meant to cancel
- Charged twice for the same period
- A technical problem on our side stopped you from using the service
When refunds aren't available
- More than 14 days after the charge
- When most of the period's credits have been used
- Accounts suspended for breaking our terms or acceptable use policy
Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same 14-day window. After that, you can cancel to stop renewal and keep access until the end of your year.
How to request a refund
Email contact@agenthelp.ai from the email you sign in with. Include the date and amount of the charge and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take several business days to show it.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
