Motion
An AI planner that schedules your tasks and meetings into your calendar automatically.
What is Motion?
Motion is a productivity app that combines your calendar, tasks and projects, then uses AI to decide when to work on what. It auto-schedules tasks around meetings and re-plans when priorities change.
You add tasks with deadlines, durations and priorities, and Motion places them into open calendar time. If a meeting moves or a task runs late, it rebuilds the plan.
For teams, Motion includes project management so work is scheduled across people with visibility for managers.
Motion has added AI features for writing docs and running workflows, aiming to become a broader work assistant.
It suits people who live in their calendar and want less time deciding what to do next.
