Acceptable use policy
AI Agent Help is for creating and publishing genuine Instagram content. To keep the service safe for everyone, you agree not to use it in the ways below.
Content you must not create or publish
- Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity
- Content that sexualizes minors, or any sexual content involving real people without consent
- Hate, harassment, threats or content that targets people for who they are
- Violent extremism or content that glorifies violence
- Deceptive content: impersonating people or brands, fake reviews or testimonials, scams
- Images of real, identifiable people placed in situations that could mislead or harm them
- Misleading health, financial or political claims
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights
Platform rules
- Follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
- Don't use AI Agent Help for spam or to post the same content repeatedly to game reach
- Don't try to buy, sell or fake engagement
- Connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage
Service rules
- Don't try to bypass credit or rate limits, or share accounts to do so
- Don't use the free tools or the API behind them for automated or bulk generation
- Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service
- Don't resell access without our written permission
AI providers' policies
Content generation is also subject to the usage policies of our AI providers, OpenAI and xAI. Requests that break those policies may be refused.
Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse to generate it, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report illegal content to authorities. Report misuse to contact@agenthelp.ai.
